1. Return Policy
We accept returns for most products within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a
return, the following conditions must be met:
• Item Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with
all tags, labels, and seals intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including [list of non-returnable
items, e.g. perishable goods, personal hygiene products, etc.]. Please refer to the product
page for specific exceptions.
How to Return an Item:

the return period to initiate the return process.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and
return instructions.
3. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, please send the item back to the
address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is
defective or damaged.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets the
return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 07
business days.
Refund Processing:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Please note that depending on your payment method or bank, it may take an additional 03
business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to
cancel it.
How to Cancel an Order:
1. Contact Us: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at

2. Cancellation Confirmation: If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a
full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, the
cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the return process once
you receive the product.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate
a return for the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 3 days of
delivery. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, if
the item is verified as damaged or defective.
5. Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, you can return it for store credit or exchange
it for a different item, as long as the return conditions are met.
